Signing in (Admin Login)

This page describes exactly what you see on Admin Login and what happens when two-step verification (2FA) is required.
Before you start
Have ready:
- Client ID — your company’s numeric ID (your administrator provides this).
- Username
- Password
Step 1 — Fill in the login card
On the right side of the screen, under Admin Login, you will see three fields (placeholders match the labels below):

| Client ID | Numbers only. If it is wrong or empty, you may see an error such as Client ID is required or Client Id should be a number. |
| Username | Your admin username. |
| Password | Your password. Use the eye icon on the right of the field to show or hide what you type. |
Then press Login (the button shows Logging in… while the request is in progress).
Step 2 — If login succeeds without 2FA
The app signs you in and takes you to the first screen you are allowed to use (often Dashboard, depending on your permissions).
Step 3 — If two-step verification is required
The form is replaced by a verification code screen. You will see:
- The message We've sent a verification code to followed by your email (may be partially masked).
- Enter 6-digit code — six separate boxes. Type one digit per box, or paste a 6-digit code from your email; the app can fill all boxes and submit when complete.
- Code expires in — a countdown (starts at 5:00). When less than one minute remains, the timer may appear in red.
- Verify — confirms the code (shows Verifying… while processing).
- Back to Login — returns to the username/password form and clears the code step.
- Resend Code — asks for a new email code. It may be disabled for the first minute after a code is sent; when enabled, you get a success message such as Verification code resent to your email.
If the code is wrong, the boxes are cleared so you can try again.
If you forgot your password
On the login card, use Forgot Password? (below the Login button). That opens the Forgot password & reset flow.
Common messages

| Please enter all 6 digits | On the 2FA screen, complete every box before Verify (or paste a full 6-digit code). |
| Error toast after Login or Verify | Usually wrong credentials, wrong code, or a server message—read the text on the toast or ask your administrator. |
