Forgot password and setting a new password
Full field checklist
Every field, button, and screen message for forgot + reset is listed in Login & password reset — all fields.
Part A — Request a reset link (Forgot Password screen)
Open Forgot Password from the login page (Forgot Password? link).
What the screen shows
- Same Welcome To Pratham Admin branding as login, with text: Reset your password to regain access to your dashboard.
- A card titled Forgot Password with the instruction: Enter your username or email along with client ID to receive a reset link.
What you fill in
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Username or Email | The same identifier you use to sign in, or your email on file. |
| Client ID | Your company’s numeric client ID. |
Press Send Reset Link (the button shows Sending… while working).
After you submit
- If the request is accepted, you see Check Your Email with a green check: If this email is registered with us, you will receive a password reset link shortly.
- If something fails, a red message appears above the button with the reason (for example invalid account)—read it and try again or contact support.
Forgot your username? The screen links you to email support@achyutlabs.com.
Back to Login returns to the normal login page.
Part B — Open the link from your email
The email contains a link to the Reset Password page. The link includes a token in the address (you do not need to type it).
- If the link is missing or broken, go back to Forgot Password and request a new one.
Part C — Reset Password screen (in the browser)
While the link is checked
You may briefly see Verifying your link… with a spinner.
If the link is invalid or expired
You see Link Expired or Invalid and the explanation: This password reset link has expired or is invalid. Reset links are only valid for 15 minutes.
- Request New Link — takes you to Forgot Password again.
- Back to Login — returns to login.
If the link is valid
You see Reset Password and Enter your new password below.

| New Password | Use the eye icon to show or hide. Must be at least 6 characters (the app shows an error if not). |
| Confirm Password | Must match New Password. |
Press Reset Password (Resetting… while saving).
After a successful reset
You see Password Reset Successful! and Your password has been updated. Redirecting to login… — after a few seconds you are taken to Admin Login so you can sign in with the new password.
Errors you might see on the form
| Message | What to do |

| Password must be at least 6 characters. | Choose a longer password. |
| Passwords do not match. | Re-type both fields so they are identical. |
| Link expired. Please request a new one. | Start again from Forgot Password. |
