Order status
Menu: Order Management → Order status
Monitor where each order sits in your workflow (for example new, preparing, ready, completed) and, when permitted, move orders to another status alone or in bulk.
Filters
Use date, location, channel, or status filters at the top to shorten the list.
Update one order
- Find the row.
- Use the status control or update action shown on the row.
- Confirm if a dialog asks. Read the toast or banner message.
Bulk update
If the screen offers select many rows, choose them and use the bulk set status action, then confirm.
Permissions
Changing status needs the order status or orders update role your administrator defined.
