Guest customers
Menu: User Management → Guest customers
Maintain walk-in or guest profiles that are not full loyalty customers: enough detail for receipts or follow-up, depending on what your organisation collects.
Create
- Click add.
- Fill name, phone, email, or other fields marked required.
- Save. Validation explains missing fields.
Edit
- Click edit on the row.
- Update fields and save.
Search
Use the search box to find a guest by name or contact detail when the list is long.
Permissions
Guest customer data is protected like other customer screens — only roles with guest customers access should edit.
