Guest customers

Menu: User Management → Guest customers

Maintain walk-in or guest profiles that are not full loyalty customers: enough detail for receipts or follow-up, depending on what your organisation collects.


Create

  1. Click add.
  2. Fill name, phone, email, or other fields marked required.
  3. Save. Validation explains missing fields.

Edit

  1. Click edit on the row.
  2. Update fields and save.

Use the search box to find a guest by name or contact detail when the list is long.


Permissions

Guest customer data is protected like other customer screens — only roles with guest customers access should edit.
