Loyalty settings
Menu: Settings → Loyalty settings
Set how points are earned and spent, tiers, birthday bonuses, or other loyalty rules—each block on the page matches what your product version exposes.
How to update
- Open each section (earn rules, redeem rules, expiry, and so on).
- Change numbers or switches.
- Save when the section or page footer asks you to.
Permissions
Loyalty changes affect every customer — limit to marketing or admin roles.
