Marketing campaigns

Menu: Promotions Management → Marketing campaigns

Plan marketing campaigns: name, schedule, audience rules, and creative content as your form shows. Used for targeted offers or announcements depending on your setup.


Create

  1. Click add campaign (or similar).
  2. Complete each section (dates, channels, message or media).
  3. Save or publish if the workflow separates draft from live.

Edit and status

  • Edit — open an existing campaign and save changes.
  • Pause, activate, or archive — use the status controls on the row if your product includes them.

Permissions

Campaign tools are limited to marketing or promotions roles your administrator enabled.
