Dashboard (home)

After you sign in, you may land on Dashboard if your role includes access to it. (If your organization hides Dashboard for your user, you will be taken to another allowed page instead.)

What the Dashboard is for

The home area is designed to give a quick picture of business activity: sales-related numbers, trends, top items, ongoing orders, and similar widgets. Exact cards and charts depend on your setup and data.

Things you can usually do there

• Change the time period — for example today, week, or a custom date range (date controls and labels are on the screen).
• Refresh data — if a refresh action is shown, use it to reload the latest figures.
• Open details — some tiles or lists link to deeper views elsewhere in the admin.

If Dashboard looks empty or errors

• Confirm your internet connection.
• Try refreshing the browser tab.
• If it continues, note the time and any message on screen and contact your administrator or Help & Support from the sidebar.
