How to use these guides
Documentation is written for people using the admin in a browser (not developers).
Common actions on a screen
| Term | What it means in the app |
|---|---|
| Add / create | New row, new dialog, Create, or Save on an empty form |
| View | Eye icon, View mode, or reading the table without changing data |
| Edit / update | Pencil icon, change fields, then Update or Save |
| Delete | Trash icon and confirm (only where the product allows it) |
Symbols
| Symbol / term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Required | You must fill it or the form shows an error / toast and does not save. |
| Optional | You may leave it empty. |
| Asterisk next to label | Same as required on screen. |
Where to start
- Use the left sidebar: topics are grouped (for example Staff & customers lists the overview and each detailed screen together).
- Find a screen or topic — table of screens with links to each full guide.
- Login & password reset — all fields — every control on sign-in and password flows.
Permissions
If Add / Edit / Import is missing or disabled, your role does not allow that action — ask an administrator.
