SMS event settings

Menu: Settings → SMS event settings

Choose which SMS template is sent for each business event (order confirmed, booking reminder, delivery on the way, and similar). Rows usually show event name, template, and an on/off switch.

How to configure

1. Find the event in the table.
2. Pick the template from the dropdown if more than one exists.
3. Turn the row on or off.
4. Click save when the page provides a save action.

Messaging settings belong to admin or communications roles.
