Order Management covers live and historical orders, refunds, and order status visibility.
Transactions
Menu path: Transactions
The main order list: search and filter by date, location, status, customer, or order number (exact fields depend on the page). Open an order to see line items, payments, timestamps, and sometimes reprint or adjust actions if your role allows. Use this screen for day-to-day order lookup and operational questions.
Order Refunds

Review and process refunds tied to orders: partial or full, reason codes, and payment method refunds where the product supports it. Always follow your store’s refund policy; the UI records what was submitted for auditing.
Order Status
Menu path: Order Status
Monitor or update pipeline status of orders (placed, preparing, ready, completed, cancelled—labels match your configuration). Useful for kitchen or dispatch visibility and for fixing stuck orders when permitted.
Tips
- Align date range and location filters before concluding “an order is missing.”
- If an action fails, read the toast or inline error; common causes are closed fiscal period, permission, or payment already captured.
