Third Party Integration
These entries appear only when your company has turned the integration on in tenant settings and your user has the matching permission. If you never see Uber Eats, Xero, or QuickBooks, ask an administrator to enable the feature.
Uber Eats
Menu path: Uber Eats
Connect and manage Uber Eats store mapping, menu sync, or order flow (exact tabs depend on implementation). The app may require OAuth or API keys from Uber’s partner portal—follow the on-page wizard.
Xero Integration
Main hub: Xero Integration
Overview of connection status, sync controls, and links to deeper pages.
Screens often opened from buttons inside Xero:
| Screen | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Authorization callback | Browser return step after Xero authorization—users rarely open it manually |
| Sync settings | Choose what syncs (accounts, invoices, timing) |
| Sync history | Log of sync jobs, success and failure rows |
Complete connect steps on the main Xero page first; then adjust sync settings, and use history to troubleshoot failures.
QuickBooks Integration
Main hub: QuickBooks Integration
Same pattern as Xero: connect QuickBooks, then use in-app links to:
| Screen | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Authorization callback | OAuth return step |
| Sync settings | Mapping and sync options |
| Sync history | Audit of sync runs |
Tips
- Never share integration credentials in chat; use your password manager or IT vault.
- If sync fails, open Sync history, note the error text, and fix mapping (tax codes, accounts) before retry.
