Stock
Menu: Inventory Management → Stock
See current stock levels by product and storage location, search the grid, and when allowed use actions to adjust stock (in, out, or correction) using the dialogs that open from the row or toolbar icons.
Before you start
- Select the restaurant or outlet when the page asks for it so numbers match that site.
Search and table
- Use the search box to find a product or code quickly.
- Columns show on-hand quantity, location, status flags, and other fields your administrator enabled.
Adjust stock (when shown)
- Use the action that represents stock in, stock out, or adjustment (often arrow or rotate-style icons — hover to read the tooltip).
- Enter quantity, reason, and any other required fields in the window.
- Confirm. Success and error messages appear on screen.
Permissions
Only roles with stock rights can change quantities. View-only users can browse but cannot post movements.
