Pratham Admin — user guide
This documentation explains how the Pratham ResPOS Admin web app works from the screen: what you see after opening the site, how sign-in and password reset work, and how to move around the dashboard and menus.
It is written for people who use the admin in a browser (store staff, managers, support), not for developers reading source code.

How this guide is organized
The left sidebar is grouped by topic (Reports, Master Data & menu, Inventory, and so on). Under each topic you will usually see:
- A short overview — what that part of the menu is for
- Steps & every field — for important screens, a single page that explains add, edit, view, and required vs optional fields in one place
So you do not need to jump between a “feature guide” and a separate “CRUD” section: pick your topic in the sidebar and scroll the list.

Can’t find a menu item?
Your organization controls which areas each user can open. If a colleague has a menu you do not, ask your administrator to check your role and permissions—not every user sees the full list. See Navigation & sidebar.
