Menu: Promotions Management → Promo codes

Create discount codes customers can enter online or at POS: code text, limits, dates, and which offers they unlock.

Create

1. Click add (or new code).
2. Enter the code, discount amount or percent, start and end dates, and usage limits shown on the form.
3. Save. Duplicate codes show an error message.

Edit or deactivate

• Edit — change limits or dates; save again.
• Deactivate — stops new uses without deleting history, when that action appears on the row.

Permissions

Promo code maintenance belongs to marketing or promotions roles with create and update where needed.
