Profile and Help & Support
These are available after login and are not tied to the same permission modules as operational areas.
Profile
Open Profile from your avatar or account menu in the top bar.
Update your own profile: name, phone, password, and sometimes two-factor preferences if your administrator enabled them. Save changes before leaving the page. If you cannot edit a field, policy or role restrictions may apply.
Help & Support
Menu path: Help & Support
Shown for all signed-in users in the sidebar. Use it for contact options, FAQs, or tickets—content is configured for your organization. For username problems on the login screen, the product also references support@achyutlabs.com on Forgot Password.
Tips
- Use Profile to keep phone and email current so 2FA and notifications work.
