How to create a tax rate

1. Click Add / Add Tax Rate on the tax rates page.
2. Dialog title: Create New Tax Rate.
3. Fill:
   • Tax Rate Name * — placeholder e.g., GST 18%, VAT 5% (required; max 100 characters in validation).
   • Tax Rate (%) * — for example 18.000 (required; number 0–100, max 3 decimal places).
4. Optional: Description (max 255 chars), Country, State/Province (enabled after country).
5. Active Status switch.
6. Click Create Tax Rate (shows Creating... while working).

Errors: Tax rate name is required · Tax rate is required · Tax rate must be a valid number between 0 and 100 · Tax rate can have maximum 3 decimal places

How to edit a tax rate

1. In the list, click Edit.
2. Dialog: Edit Tax Rate — change fields.
3. Click Update Tax Rate (Updating... while saving).

How to view a tax rate

1. Click View on the row.
2. Dialog: View Tax Rate — all fields disabled.
3. Click Close.

Use status and pagination on the tax rates page to find records before open/edit/view.
