Accessing the admin

Opening the application

Your organization will give you the web address (URL) of Pratham Admin—for example a company-specific link or a bookmark. Open it in a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).

What you see first

If you are not signed in, you normally land on the login page.

Login page layout

• Left side (large screens): Pratham branding, the title Welcome To Pratham Admin, a short line that you sign in to manage your business, and an illustration.
• Right side: A white card with:
  • Current time and date at the top
  • A version line (for example starting with V) used by support
  • The Admin Login form (see Signing in)

While the app checks an existing session

You may briefly see a Loading… message with a spinner. That means the app is checking whether you were already signed in on this device.

Signing out

Use your organization’s sign-out control (usually in the header or profile menu). After sign-out you return to the login experience.

Getting help

From inside the app, Help & Support appears in the sidebar for all users. On the Forgot Password screen, forgotten username issues are directed to support@achyutlabs.com (as shown in the product).
