Staff

Add and maintain employee accounts: names, roles, login identifiers, and which location they belong to. Roles (see Security) decide what each staff member can open in the admin and POS. Deactivate users who leave rather than sharing passwords.

Customers

Search the customer database: profiles, contact info, order history (where shown), loyalty balance, and notes. Open a customer from the list (or from another screen that links to them) to edit details.

Guest Customers

Customer Groups
