Variants
Menu: Master Data Management → Variants
Use this screen to find a product, then open its variant setup (sizes, options, and similar) on the next screen.
What you see at the top
- Title: Variants
- Short description: explains that you manage variations such as sizes or colours for products.
Find products
In the Find products card:
- Search — type part of a product name. Results update after you pause typing.
- Category — choose All categories or one category. Only active categories appear in the list.
Products table
In the Products card:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Product name | May show a small coloured circle before the name for vegetarian / non-vegetarian / egg style when set on the product. |
| Category | Category name, or Uncategorized when none. |
| Base price | Shown with your organisation’s currency symbol. |
| Status | Active or Inactive. |
| Actions | Manage variants — opens the variant editor for that product. |
Manage variants (main action)
- Find the product in the table.
- Click Manage variants (icon with layers and an arrow).
- You move to a separate screen for that one product, where you add or edit variant options.
There is no create or delete product on this page itself — it only links you into variant management per product.
Pagination
If there are more products than fit on one page, you see how many are shown and Previous / Next. The page size is fixed in the product list (twenty per page).
Empty or loading state
- While loading, a spinner appears in the products area.
- If no products match: you see No products found and a hint to adjust search or category.
