Settings
Menu path: Settings (under Table Reservation Management)
Configure reservation rules: booking windows, party sizes, deposit settings, or integration options—fields depend on your tenant setup. Save changes before testing from the customer booking flow.
Timeline
Menu path: Timeline
Visual floor plan or timeline of tables: see occupied, reserved, and available slots. Often used by hosts to seat guests or adjust bookings during service.
Summary
Menu path: Summary
Overview of reservations for a date or range: counts, statuses, and exceptions. Good for shift handover and forecasting covers.
Table Combinations
Menu path: Table Combinations
Define joined tables (two small tables make one large party). Ensures the planner does not double-book seats that share a merged layout.

Menu path: Table Planner under Settings
Design or edit the physical layout of tables in the venue (positions, table numbers, shapes). The Timeline / floor view uses this layout.
Tips
- After editing layout, verify Timeline shows tables in the right place before a busy service.
- Train hosts on cancelling or moving bookings so the floor stays accurate.
