Marketing Campaigns
Menu path: Marketing Campaigns
Build and manage campaigns: discounts, time windows, eligible items or categories, and channels. Activate or pause campaigns and verify start/end dates so staff and customers see the right prices.
Online Promotions
Menu path: Online Promotions
Promotions aimed at online ordering (website/app). Often overlaps with campaigns but scoped to digital channels—configure rules the same way you would for other promos, using the fields on the page.
Promotional Groups
Menu path: Promotional Groups
Group items or offers for bulk rules (for example “Happy Hour group”). Simplifies applying the same promotion logic to many products.
Customer Display
Menu path: Customer Display
Configure content shown on a customer-facing display at the counter (order summary, ads, branding). Pair with hardware or browser URL your implementation uses; follow on-screen pairing instructions if shown.
Self-Checkout Display
Menu path: Self-Checkout Display
Settings for self-checkout screens: messaging, layout, or connection details depending on your deployment.
Promo Codes
Menu path: Promo Codes
Per-location coupon codes: discount (fixed or %) or free items, order vs item scope, eligible/offer menu lines (with groups and variants), customer groups, service/payment rules, validity periods, and weekday/time windows. List filters active/inactive and expired; View opens read-only details from the list.

Tips
- Always set clear end dates on time-limited codes to avoid stale discounts.
- Test a new code with a small test order before announcing it widely.
